Our holiday packages include round-trip flight tickets, hotel stay with daily breakfast, Tours and Sightseeing with Hotel Transfers, Tour Guide, Airport transfers, & travel insurance.

Our Private Trips include Round Trip Air Tickets, Hotel Accommodation with daily breakfast, Tours and sightseeing with hotel transfers, Tour Guide in some packages, Private airport transfers & travel insurance

 

Visas are not included in any of our tour packages, However most of our destinations are Visa free or visa on arrival. However for countries that require a visa, our customer support is available to guide you for any kind of assistance.

Yes you can call on the following number, To purchase our trips by speaking to a customer representative and pay through bank transfer as well. You can whatsapp or email the deposit receipt to us.

After purchasing the trip, It is possible to amend the ticket date but the charges can  depend on the availability of tickets and the amount specified by the airline will have to be paid. Please contact our customer care for exact charges. It is advisable to contact us atleast 1 week before the departure in order for us to accommodate the change.

After you make the purchase we will confirm purchase your tickets and send them to you. Once the booking is confirmed it can be cancelled 20 Days before the flight for a refund fees of 300 AED. However if the cancellation date is within 2 weeks the hotel fee from the package will be considered as non refundable.
Within 20 Days of the flight, 50 Percent will be charged as a refund Fees.

3 Days prior to Departure the package will be Non-Refundable

The refund takes around 45 days to be processed and can be deposited into your bank account.

Yes you can change your hotel in private trips, If you have already purchased the trip and now want to change the hotel, You need to inform us atleast 2 weeks prior to the departure. If the hotel of your choice is more expensive then the one we have offered you will have to pay additional. You can always call at our customer care on the following number …. and get it changed

Yes departure for group trips are fixed however the dates can change +/- 1 due to availability of seats or other factors as stated on our terms and conditions page.
